This is a facing view showing the tapered recess that the By-Pass filter mount rests in as pointed out by the arrow. The
recess tapers preventing the filter mount from being able to be mounted any higher than this. Good thing because if it were
to be mounted any higher there could possibly be conflict with the mounting bolts and the coil spring for the suspension on
the other side.
