My AMSOIL Step Van not only is full of AMSOIL products but uses them bumper to bumper. Equipped with an AMSOIL By-Pass
Oil Filter, Oil changes are now a thing of the past. Not only did I say "goodbye" to dirty motor oil, I am doing my part to
reduce pollution from used engine oil.
- Picture 1 The remote mounted AMSOIL filters receive their engine oil flow from this adaptor
placed where the GM type full-flow oil filter previously was located. Note that I used a combination of 90 degree and 45
degree elbows to maneuver the hoses away from the Exhaust pipes placed so close to the filter mount on Chevy V-8s. Also I
covered the heavy re-enforced braided hoses with a small section of heater hose near where possible contact may occur with
the linkage to the Automatic Transmission, just in case.

Oil Filter are now mounted just behind the step-up opening to the driver's door for easy access.
- Picture 3 The full flow filter is now a "Ford" type which is used by most cars both foreign
and domestic making it an easier replacement item. The black AMSOIL By-Bass filter next to the full-flow filter can filter
dirt particles from the engine oil approximately 10 times smaller than the minimum size capable of causing wear. With the
0W-30 Series 2000 Synthetic Motor Oil I am ready to hit the streets!
