Another view of the bottom of the pedestal and deflector plate. These pictures aren't very good, but here you can see the elbow protruding through the deflector plate as shown by the red arrow. Before drilling the hole for the elbow just make sure the plate is positioned properly to block oil being slung up by the cam gears.
