Rare Breed has been going through a lot of changes too numerous to mention at this time. There have been
carburetion modifications that have produced improvements in ET (elapsed time) at the drag strip as well as better top end
speed. The torque converter has been changed on the transmission to a higher stall speed converter to improve the way the
car launches. The next racing season will be exciting for sure and this page will be updated as events occur. For those
wishing to see the Rare Breed up close go to the Autorama in
the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston November 24 through 27.
Richard and Mikie at the Autorama in Houston, Texas November 24-27 2005. Rare Breed won a first place plaque for "Outstanding Bracket Racer" at the 2005 Autorama.
